Our 100% Italian just-milked super-fresh milk is collected on a daily basis from our farmer-members and pasteurised immediately to retain all of those sensory qualities that make it so unmistakably healthy. It is available in all types of containers (including plant-based Tetrarex, made from renewable raw materials, and 100% recyclable glass bottles). The QV – Qualità Verificata (Verified Quality) mark is awarded to superior-quality milk, which is subject to rigorous monitoring at every stage of the supply chain and throughout the production process. The Latteria Soligo adheres voluntarily to the regional Qualità Verificata circuit in order to ensure animal wellbeing, food safety and environmental protection.
