Lactose-Free Range
A perfect product takes account of the needs of all consumers, including those who are lactose-intolerant. This is the approach that drove the Latteria Soligo to come up with the Easy-to-Digest Lactose-Free range, featuring products in which the lactose is split into its component parts: glucose and galactose. As a result, these products are easily digestible by everyone. The milk succeeds, nevertheless, in maintaining its characteristic flavour, while becoming a universal product.
